How to place an order with your cart?

  1. Select Proceed to Checkout after you have reviewed the items in your Shopping Cart.
  2. If prompted, sign in to your account or create a new account if this is your first order.
  3. Enter a shipping address.
  4. Choose a shipping method.
  5. Enter your payment information.Note: If you use a credit or debit card, we will charge your card at the time of placing the order. You also have the option to pay cash upon receiving your shipment by selecting Cash on Delivery .
  6. Review your order details. Make sure you have applied any gift cards or promotional codes you want to use on your order.
  7. Select Place your order.

After you have received a confirmation that your order had been successfully placed, you will not be able to change any of the details (ex. address, color, size, quantity, etc.).

To view your order's details, go to Your Orders.

why am I unable to place an order?

There is some technical or internet connectivity issue. Undeliverable to selected location/pincode. There is a quantity limit. Sometimes when Fulfiiled by Your cart and seller fulfilled items are clubbed together, the order processing takes time.

How to place bulk orders?

  1. To reach the Bulk Buying Tool, hover over “Hello, [Name]” and click Bulk Ordering. ...
  2. Click Create a new bulk order. ...
  3. Find and add the product(s) you are looking for. ...
  4. Select your purchasing option (from a single supplier or from multiple suppliers) and click Add all to cart.

How to cancel orders?

You can cancel items or orders byvisiting the Your Orders section in Your Account.Select the item you want to cancel and click 'Cancel items'. Provide reasons for cancellation (optional) and proceed.
